But to make an iPhone dock out of a 64 Controller?? Oh really.. I don’t know…. Either way if you want one, they’re on Etsy.
Here’s an interesting article over on NESplayer.com. It delves deep into the history around the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films and Mortal Kombat, as well as other similar fighting games. It all ties together in the background.. I would be referring of course to Carlos and Daniel Pesina (Johnny Cage, Raiden, etc). Good read!
Something peculiar I came across on the iOS App Store the other day.. There’s no reviews on the store for this game, and I’ve checked the web for other reviews as well.. what is it? Well you’d be probably judging by the picture that it would be Super Contra on the iPhone, right? Pretty much! Not sure how this went through onto the store, or how Konami haven’t noticed. Either way, AU$1.99 (at the time of posting this), it’s pretty much Contra. slightly better graphics, and a more “orchestral” soundtrack. (App Store Link)
And finally, a little video somebody made, with a sweet tune to back it up, what video game characters do behind your back when you’re asleep. To prevent that from happening, make sure you turn your consoles off at night :)
